Micro Shelter Solution working on Galloper offshore windfarm radar project
Micro Shelter Solution is supplying equipment and assisting GoeSea NV, part of the DEME group, in the implementation of the radar/VTS installations on the foundations of its Galloper offshore windfarm park. This consists in particular in the installation of nvigation aids such as offshore windfarm radar.
Using its experience of surveillance applications and its capabilities in electro-mechanical integration, Micro Shelter Solution has demonstrated to be a strong and very flexible partner in this project. With numerous challenges, offshore installations require accurate engineering, space constrained installations, and particular care to the adverse effects of corrosion.
With the completion of the onshore installation of the first radar antenna, the project has made a big step towards deployment.
